Since its foundation in 2002, the company has been constantly developing and has grown dynamically, but always in an organic manner. Today, we can proudly boast a completed project volume of 600 million euros in total.

Our product range is broadly diversified. Not only do we develop and build detached houses, apartments and micro apartments, but also offices, retail premises and hotels. The planning of the Porsche Design Tower in Frankfur as the first branded building in Europe is the most innovative product in our portfolio and at the same time the last link in a chain in which new business areas are being built on the basis of the experience gained from previous projects.

We work independently of banks and implement our projects with a high proportion of equity capital thanks to shareholders with excellent credit ratings. This enables us to take decisions quickly and react promptly, giving us a high degree of flexibility and efficiency.

With a workforce of now 40 at the Troisdorf, Frankfurt and Stuttgart locations as well as a project development volume of 1 billion euros, we are continuing to grow.

The excellent financial development of our company confirms this: Our goals and interests are in line with the creation of sustainable value for buyers and users of the properties. Managing Director – Master in Business Administration

Gerd Hebebrand (b. 1963) has been primarily responsible for the company's rise from regional developer to nationwide developer for over 15 years. Since P+B was founded in 2002, he has continuously expanded the company’s business activities. His entrepreneurial career is based on a degree in business administration from the University of Cologne. Gerd began his professional career as a trainee at Commerzbank, followed by several years as a branch manager. This was followed by a move to a family-owned real estate company, which was successful in the areas of portfolio management and development. During this time he gained valuable experience as a managing director, which he contributed to the development of P+B Group. Gerd Hebebrand played a decisive role in shaping the corporate culture and the high quality standards of P+B Group. Customers and partners alike value him as a personality who combines long-term entrepreneurial thinking and visionary ideas with unconditional customer orientation and a passion for perfection down to the smallest detail.

Markus Volk (b. 1970) is COO of P+B Group and responsible for acquisition, project development, project management and customer relations. The graduate civil engineer and master of business administration has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining P+B Group, Markus Volk spent many years in leading positions at Strabag Real Estate GmbH and Ed. Züblin AG, primarily in the area of project development. With his profound expert know‐how as a project developer, his pronounced customer orientation and his many years of negotiation experience, the proven executive Markus Volk completes the management board of P+B Group.
