After completion of the railway tunnels for the Stuttgart 21 project, a future-oriented ensemble will be built in the immediate vicinity of Stuttgart's central railway station that will set new standards. On an area of around 13,400sqm, a complete new quarter with hotel, office and residential facilities will be realised with the inclusion of the listed building of the Old Railway Directorate (Alte Bahndirektion).
