P+B Group, headquartered in Troisdorf/Bonn, is a renowned property developer and project developer boasting nearly 20 years of market presence and a compelling track record. Ever since our foundation in 2002, we have seen a steady and dynamic growth. The project volume realised to date amounts to around 600 million euros.
Our hallmarks are a solid and precise planning as well as a sustainable building quality. This is because our aim is to continuously improve the quality of our products as well as our work processes.
